Conference registration fees are structured in phases — Early Bird, Regular, and Spot Registration at the venue. Optional pre-conference workshops can be added during registration. Please read the refund policy below before proceeding.

All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Optional workshop fee (₹1,000 — one workshop per delegate) and GST are added at checkout when applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be requested via email to the Conference Secretariat.
  • A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation request is received on or before 31 October 2026.
