1. Agreement
By registering for or attending the TN & PY IRIA Conference 2026 (“Conference”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Conference is conducted by TNPY IRIA at Annai Resorts, Kanyakumari, from 18–20 December 2026.
2. Registration
Registration is subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Delegate categories and fees are as published on the official registration guidelines. Incomplete or fraudulent registrations may be cancelled without refund at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
3. Conduct
Delegates, faculty, exhibitors, and accompanying persons must conduct themselves professionally. The Organizing Committee may remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to IRIA standards, without refund.
4. Intellectual property
Conference materials, presentations, and branding are protected by copyright. Recording, streaming, or redistribution of scientific sessions without written permission is prohibited.
5. Liability
The Organizing Committee and TNPY IRIA are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where required by applicable law. Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and medical insurance.
6. Amendments
These terms may be updated before or during the Conference. The version published on the official website shall prevail.
